This screen can be thought of as your home screen. Everything begins and ends here.

Columns can be color coded to make it easier to distinguish between different grade categories.

Columns can have 60 character comments attached to them. Comment colors match Main Edit Screen column colors.

Any time you have to deal with dates, a calendar pops up.

The function keys are used to access many of the Grade Keeper functions.

This screen is used to set up a column prior to entering grades.

This screen is for grade input and works best when copying grades from a pile of corrected papers. You can select names by just typing the first few characters of the name you are trying to find. This screen shot shows what happens if you don't type enough characters.

This is where you can add, delete, or edit names.

And this is where you can add, delete, or edit class titles.

There is a variety of ways you can set up for group work.

Groups can be selected purely at random or based on grades.

This screen shows how the program options are set and allows you to edit them.

Grades can be archived to get them out of the way before starting new classes. They are still easily accessible for editing or printing.
